The location was exceptionally nice, near the airport, in the very nice area. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to a light-filled shopping center. The room we got, suite, was wonderful.

The property staff were especially helpful and very kind, like a manager. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the room was brand-new and large, with a spacious Jacuzzi. - It was nice to have amenities like a dishwasher, coffee/tea makers, and an oven available.

I had a room here with a super cozy bed, good heating, a variety of TV channels, and a mini-fridge. the best part was definitely the spa bath in the bathroom - such a relaxing treat! 🛁

I had a amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness is perfect with new and well-maintained facilities. The hotel staff, particularly one gentleman who was always present, is really good with their service. They went over and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast options were excellent and delicious. I also appreciated the location of this hotel, accessible to several tourist attractions in this city.

The Easter holiday atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary chocolate eggs and Easter baskets in the room added a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The heating system was not effective, and we had to wear our jackets to breakfast. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, which made our stay uncomfortable.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Trabzon. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with a luxurious jacuzzi. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a lovely area where I could find anything I needed, from restaurants to shops. Oh, and I must not forget to mention the breakfast! It was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of items to choose from.

The lift was small, and we had to wait for long to get to our room. we had some issues at check-in, where they gave us a different room than the one we booked.

Everything was easily accessible and convenient. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money provided by this hotel.
